Humboldt Green would like to invite your company to take part in Cannifest, Humboldt’s Mannifest Cannabis Festival and Trade Show happening in the Spring of 2018. The festival will take place Saturday, May 5th and Sunday, May 6th at the Redwood Acres Fairgrounds in Eureka, California. Make your online Vendor Reservation now.

Cannifest provides a space for the cannabis community to celebrate our Humboldt heritage, show pride in our culture and gather people together to enjoy live music, cannabis talks, Humboldt Grow Games, Cannifest Bowl, 215 Area, the Family Interactive Zone, the 2018 Inagural Ballers Ball and all things green. We hope that you will join us to showcase your business at Cannifest!

SUBMISSION DEADLINE DATE & INFORMATION

In order for a Vendor to be considered for participation in Cannifest 2018, all fully completed paperwork must be received no later than (date in April 2018 TBD). Sorry, no exceptions. Vendors may use our easy online Registration Form (Coming Soon!) and upload all required attachments. You can also download the Registration Form (Download Coming Soon!), fill it out and return it by mail to Humboldt Green 1391 G St. Arcata, CA 95521 or scan and email it to info@gohumboldtgreen.com. If your application is submitted without all of the necessary documents, you will risk the possibility of delayed processing and there is the potential that we will sell out of vendor booths. Vendors are not confirmed until all steps are followed and all documents plus fees are submitted to Humboldt Green.

Cannifest is a two-day event held over the weekend and Vendors are required to be present for operational hours on both Saturday and Sunday. Only one Vendor per booth rental unless discussed with Humboldt Green Staff prior to payment. Email info@gohumboldtgreen.com to confirm.

TICKETS FOR VENDORS

All Vendors will receive four STAFF weekend passes (4 for each day) at Vendor Check In during set-up. Additional passes may be purchased at check-in, but we suggest to request them ahead of time with Humboldt Green Staff to lessen the wait time. This also helps with the organizational side of things.

***Must have California Seller’s Permit and submit a list of wares that you intend to display and sell for approval by Humboldt Green Staff. No Vendor shall have an exclusive on any product.

Non-Profit Organizations

***Fees are to be determined per individual basis. Please Register Online (Coming Soon!) as usual and make sure to include a written proposal for a Non-Profit discount in the comment section. Suggest the amount you propose to pay, including a brief description of your feeds, but do not include a fee at this time. One of our Humboldt Green Staff members will contact you to discuss the details.

Food/Beverage Vendor

***Limited spaces available. Call Humboldt Green Staff at (707) 443-3140 for more information and pricing for food and beverage Vendors. You must fill out the Temporary Food Facility Permit Application for Humboldt County in order to participate and vend food/beverages at Cannifest. This form is required by all Food Vendors including 215 Edible Vendors.

FEES & PAYMENTS

Vendor fees are due at the time Registration is submitted with the necessary documents to Humboldt Green for consideration of acceptance to Cannifest. Vendor understands that once Cannifest fees have been accepted, that the fee is non-refundable. The Festival is held rain or shine and the Vendor must attend both days of the event.

Vendor payment is accepted in the form of cashier’s checks, money orders and credit cards. Please make all checks and money orders payable to Humboldt Green. Send in the mail to Humboldt Green 1391 G Street Arcata, CA 95521 with your return address information.

For credit card payments, download the Credit Card Authorization Form and fax it to Lori at (707) 845-6478 or stop by the Humboldt Green office to pay in person.

VENDOR SET-UP & BREAK DOWN

Check-in during the appropriate Vendor Registration time. Please set-up within your designated area only. Tents and pop-ups must be neat and in good repair. Display tables must be covered. Vendor must supply their own tables, chairs, tablecloths, signs, decorations, etc. Housekeeping of the Vendor booth and its immediate vicinity will be the responsibility of the Vendor.

Vendors will be set up on concrete and will not be able to stake down tents and pop-ups. You MUST bring your own anchors in order to tie your booth down in windy weather. Humboldt can get windy and you don’t want your pop-up flying away.

Vendors are required to provide their own outdoor lighting, extension cords, power strips, etc. Electricity can be purchased for any size booth for an additional $(Price TBD). There is a limited access to electricity and any electrical needs must be agreed upon by the Vendor and Humboldt Green prior to the event. There is no guarantee that the Festival can accommodate the electrical needs of every Vendor. No generators will be allowed.

Vendors shall acknowledge that the designated “215 Area” and smoking section(s) are to be located separately from other Vendor areas. This is a family-friendly event and cannabis must be restricted to the 215 Area only.

Vendors are not allowed to bring pets to Cannifest. Service animals are allowed on the grounds to assist their owners.

After Cannifest is over, the Vendor shall leave the area as they found it. Please seperate garbage from recycling and leave behiind for removal by Humboldt Green Staff or Volunteers.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Vendors can reserve tent camping and RV spots on the Redwood Acres Fairgrounds. Contact Humboldt Green Staff for more information at (707) 443-3140. Tent camping is allowed in designated ares only. No Vendor shall sleep overnight in their booth area. Hotel accommodations and AirBnB are available in Humboldt County.

If you are interested in being a Vendor at Cannifest 2018, please Register Online (Coming Soon!) and provide payment as soon as possible to guarantee your spot at the Festival. Vendor must agree to the Terms and Agreements prior to approval.
